OLD CAMP® FASHIONED

Ingredients

1 ½ parts Old Camp ® Peach Pecan Whiskey
¾ parts ginger liqueur
3 dashes aromatic bitters
1 tsp cinnamon-honey
Simple syrup*
Candied ginger (optional garnish)

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a mixing vessel with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish drink with candied ginger.

  • Cinnamon-honey simple syrup: Add 6 parts water and 6 parts honey to a sauce pan over medium heat and stir to combine. Add 2-5 cinnamon sticks and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool before straining out the cinnamon sticks. Keep refrigerated.
